We are welcoming Sonia Terrab as a well-known expert on social media campaigns and activism. Sonia Terrab is an author of two published novels and creative director of several documentaries and web series like “Marokkiat”. With her work, she repeatedly breaks social taboos and draws attention to social problems like sexual coercion, sexual harassment, rape, promoting men’s role in support of gender equality in the public and private spheres and marginalization of the Moroccan youth. Together with Leila Slimani, she initiated “Moroccan Outlaws” (Collective 490), an organization focused on the rights of youth, women, and the LGBT+ community which has a very powerful social media community.
